As a guitar teacher, I try to introduce students to music in a variety of ways and to teach different ways of playing without favoring one style. Concert solo playing with classical pieces is just as important as examining the role of the guitar in popular music.
By playing the flamenco guitar, I learned about countless strumming techniques that are just waiting to be used in sophisticated song accompaniment along with standard finger picking.
When teaching, I prefer the principle of individualization, which is well known in didactics and methodology. The student receives a learning program tailored to them and coordinated with them.
The offer is aimed at children, young people and adults of all ages. I also supervise music students who would like to enrich their classical repertoire with flamenco techniques.
The lessons take place in Neuhausen am Rheinfall (CH), with home visits or online, dates by arrangement (mornings, afternoons, evenings, during the semester holidays).
